These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Inner Circle FBA ("we", "us", "our") membership community, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing a membership or accessing our Discord community, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you purchase a membership, you will receive access to our private Discord community and, depending on your tier, daily product leads and/or mentorship sessions.
Access is granted on a subscription basis. Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your own subscription.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in misconduct within the community, or misuse the leads or information provided.
Leads and product information shared within the community are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a profit. Amazon FBA involves inherent risks including market fluctuations, competition, Amazon policy changes, and logistical challenges.
Leads shared are time-sensitive and results may vary. Past member wins shown on our website are illustrative of member experiences and are not guarantees of future results.
You must not share, resell, distribute, or republish any leads, strategies, or proprietary information obtained through the Service to non-members.
Mentorship members receive access to scheduled coaching sessions, business advice, and direct support from our founders. Sessions must be booked in advance via Calendly. We aim to provide best-effort guidance based on our own experience; however, results depend on your own effort, capital, and circumstances.
Mentorship advice does not constitute legal, financial, or accountancy advice. You remain solely responsible for all business decisions you make.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Membership fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee each month.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Setup fees (where applicable) are charged once at the time of your first payment.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at support@theinnercirclefba.com. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which you will be removed from the Discord community.
We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless you are within the 7-day money-back guarantee period. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
By joining our Discord community, you agree to behave respectfully toward all members and founders. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violation of community rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
All content, materials, strategies, and leads provided through the Service are the intellectual property of The Inner Circle FBA and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial results, profits, or business outcomes. Amazon FBA is a legitimate business model but carries risk, and your results will depend on your own effort, investment, and market conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Inner Circle FBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify existing members of material changes via Discord or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
