About This Application
The Inner Circle Companion is a browser extension built for Amazon sellers in the UK. It integrates with Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) to retrieve real-time data — fulfilment fees, referral fees, eligibility restrictions, and inventory levels — and displays this information as an overlay on Amazon product pages while the seller is browsing.
The application is developed and operated by L Hull Industries Ltd (Company No. 14274295, VAT GB 452537589), trading as The Inner Circle. It is available exclusively to Inner Circle membership subscribers as part of their membership benefits.

Install the Extension
Install the Inner Circle Companion Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. The extension requires Chrome or a Chromium-based browser.
Connect Your Seller Account
In the extension, click Connect. You are redirected to Amazon's authorisation screen where you grant the application read-only access to your Selling Partner account. No password is shared with us.

Data Access & Privacy
The Inner Circle Companion connects to Amazon's Selling Partner API via a standard OAuth 2.0 authorisation flow. We request only the minimum permissions required to operate the extension.
What we access

Data Retention & Handling
- •API responses are cached briefly (≤60 seconds) in your browser to avoid rate-limiting. No SP-API data is stored on our servers beyond what is needed to serve the current request.
- •SP-API access tokens are stored encrypted in your browser's local storage and are scoped to your seller account. They are never transmitted to third parties.
- •You can revoke access to your Selling Partner account at any time from Amazon Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.
- •Disconnecting from the extension dashboard immediately invalidates the access token on our side.
- •We comply fully with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Selling Partner APIs.

The extension requests only the read-only scopes it needs to function.
