Inventory Tracker
Every OA, RA, Wholesale, and A2A order in one ledger. Multi-account A2A aggregation. Monthly spend per source.
Total replaced: £55+/month · Our incremental cost: £0 (included with Mentorship (£97/month))
Inventory Tracker is the order-and-spend ledger every UK FBA seller eventually builds in a spreadsheet, except built properly: handles OA, RA, Wholesale, and A2A in one place; aggregates spend across 10 named A2A buying accounts; shows monthly spend per source; computes days-of-cover and reorder alerts; and (once Amazon's public-developer approval lands) auto-syncs orders directly from SP-API without manual entry.
The headline feature for multi-account A2A buyers: 10 named slots for your different A2A purchasing accounts. Name them in the dashboard ("Mum's account", "Karan", "AJ", "AmEx personal"). Every order tags to a source account. The dashboard shows spend per account per month — useful for reconciling family/friend buy-ins, tracking reimbursements, and keeping audit-ready records.
Built so that a member who has been on a spreadsheet for two years can import their full history in one CSV upload and be running cleanly the next day. Master Inventory tab rolls up all sources into a per-ASIN view; Orders tab is the ledger; Monthly tab is the cash-flow heat map.
Manual entry + CSV import work today for every Mentorship member. SP-API auto-sync is gated on Amazon's pending public-developer approval — once granted, every member's order data auto-imports without manual entry.
How it works
- 1
Add an order (or bulk-import)
Manual: open Add Order modal → ASIN + source + units + cost + supplier. Bulk: drop a CSV with the columns ASIN/source/units/cost/supplier/date and it parses automatically.
- 2
Name your A2A buying accounts
On the A2A Accounts tab, fill in up to 10 named slots. Every A2A order tags to one of these so the spend report stays clean.
- 3
Watch the Master Inventory aggregate
Per-ASIN view rolls up every source. Shows total units bought lifetime, total spend, total received, and current days-of-cover based on your live FBA stock + sales velocity.
- 4
Use the Monthly heatmap for budgeting
Monthly tab shows spend per source over time. Useful for tax season, for reconciling with your accountant, and for spotting which source is actually scaling vs which is just busy.

Frequently asked questions
I've been on a spreadsheet for 2 years — can I migrate?
Yes — export your spreadsheet as CSV with columns ASIN/source/units/cost/supplier/date and drop it into the bulk-import modal. The parser handles common header variations. Worst case, you might need to rename a column or two. Usually 5 minutes to migrate 2 years of history.
How does the A2A account naming work?
Open the A2A Accounts tab, click any of the 10 slots, give it a name (e.g. "Karan", "Sister's Amex", "Lewis personal"). When you log an A2A order, you pick which named account it came from. The Monthly Spend tab then shows per-account totals.
When will SP-API auto-sync go live?
Members on Mentorship today can already connect their own SP-API directly; the tracker pulls orders automatically. The "auto-connect for everyone" feature is gated on Amazon's public-developer approval, which we're currently waiting on (May 2026 application, typical 3-5 week wait).
Does it track outbound shipments (units sold)?
Yes — when SP-API is connected, units sold sync automatically. Without SP-API connection, you can manually update units sold per order, but most members find that's too much overhead and just wait for SP-API.
What about returns and damaged stock?
Yes — returns sync from SP-API as negative-units adjustments. Damaged/unsellable units can be manually marked in the per-ASIN detail view.
How does this compare to a spreadsheet?
For 1-2 sources and <100 ASINs, a spreadsheet is genuinely fine. The Inventory Tracker starts to pay off above ~200 ASINs or when you have 3+ buying accounts. The A2A aggregation in particular is where spreadsheets fall over — anyone with 4+ A2A accounts will save hours per month.
