Repricer
Soft / Medium / Aggressive strategies per ASIN. 5-minute Buy Box sampling with a 7-day learning layer.
Total replaced: £125+/month · Our incremental cost: £0 (included with Mentorship (£97/month))
A repricer that doesn't race you to the bottom. Three strategy presets per ASIN — Soft (hold the floor, only raise if Buy Box rises clearly), Medium (match Buy Box when profitable, hold otherwise), Aggressive (undercut Buy Box by 1p down to break-even). Set the strategy once, then let it run.
Behind the strategies is a 5-minute Buy Box sampler — every 300 seconds we pull the current competitive landscape via SP-API and a 7-day learning layer that records how often each strategy actually wins the Buy Box for each of your ASINs. The repricer then makes smarter decisions over time: if your Aggressive strategy has only won the Buy Box 30% of the time on an ASIN, it adjusts.
Built-in margin floors prevent the doom loop. You set a min ROI and min margin per ASIN (or globally); the repricer will never apply a price below that floor regardless of strategy. Even Aggressive won't sell you out — the floor is hard, the rest is fluid.
The repricer applies price changes through your own SP-API connection. Members can connect their own SP-API today; we're also pending Amazon's public-developer approval which (when granted) will let us auto-connect every member on the suite.
How it works
- 1
Set your global default strategy
Medium is the right default for most members — match Buy Box when profitable, hold otherwise. Per-ASIN overrides take precedence for products where you want something different.
- 2
Configure your floors
Min ROI, min margin, min price — set globally or per-ASIN. The repricer will never go below these no matter what strategy you pick.
- 3
Connect your SP-API + enable auto-apply
Members on Mentorship today connect their own SP-API (one-click OAuth). With auto-apply on, price changes happen automatically every 5 minutes. With it off, you get recommendations only — review and apply manually.
- 4
Monitor the learning layer
After 7 days of running, the dashboard shows per-ASIN Buy Box win rate. ASINs that aren't winning at expected rates flag for review — usually means you need a more aggressive strategy or the competition is irrational.

Frequently asked questions
Will the repricer race me to the bottom?
No — the margin floor is hard. Even Aggressive strategy won't go below your configured min ROI or min margin. If the Buy Box drops below your floor, the repricer simply holds your price and waits — it never sells you out.
How quickly does it react to Buy Box changes?
Every 5 minutes. SP-API rate limits make faster sampling impractical at scale, and 5 minutes is the rhythm most professional repricers run at anyway. You're not going to be out-of-Buy-Box for more than 10 minutes in any normal scenario.
What does the 7-day learning layer actually do?
It records, per ASIN: which strategy you ran, how often you held the Buy Box during that period, what your average margin was when you held it. After 7 days the dashboard surfaces patterns — e.g. "Aggressive only wins this ASIN 30% of the time because your competitor is reciprocally aggressive — try Medium instead." It's a recommendation engine, not autonomous.
Can I run it without enabling auto-apply?
Yes — turn off auto-apply and the repricer becomes advisory-only. You get a daily summary of recommended price changes; you review and apply manually via the dashboard. Useful as a "see what the algorithm would do" sanity check before letting it loose.
How does this compare to Aura?
Aura is the closest direct competitor and a solid product. The differences: (1) ours bundles the 5-min sampling and learning layer; (2) margin floor is hard not soft; (3) integrated with your Inventory Tracker and Profit Tracker so you see the whole picture; (4) cost is £0 incremental on Mentorship vs Aura's £70/mo standalone.
I don't have an SP-API connection yet — can I still use this?
Not yet for auto-apply. Without SP-API the repricer has no way to actually change your prices. We're awaiting Amazon's public-developer approval which (once granted) will let any Mentorship member connect SP-API in one click. Until then, you connect via the standard SP-API OAuth flow — Lewis can walk you through this in #onboarding.
